Interactive Calendar Dashboard
I built an Interactive Calendar Dashboard to simplify how sales opportunities are managed. With this feature, sales teams can easily visualize their opportunities in a calendar format, making it quicker to see key dates and deadlines. The best part? Managing these opportunities is a breeze. The calendar view allows for effortless adjustments, helping the team stay organized and on top of their sales goals.
Insight Metrics Dashboard
On top of that, I created an Insight Metric Dashboard to provide a comprehensive view of subscription data across the company. This feature aggregates all the subscription details, allowing users to gain valuable insights into license usage and overall subscription activity. With this dashboard, my client can easily track how their licenses are being utilized and make more informed decisions about subscription management. It’s a powerful tool for optimizing usage and maximizing value from their subscriptions.
Quotation Generation
Designed a Quotation Generation feature to streamline the process of creating and tracking quotations. Users simply fill in 4-5 inputs, and the system automatically calculates everything—pricing per license, total pricing, taxes, and more. It also keeps a history of quotations, so users can easily reference past deals. This makes the quoting process faster, more accurate, and hassle-free, leaving sales teams more time to focus on closing deals.
Activity Tracking for Management
To give management better insight into their team’s performance, I developed an Activity Tracking feature. This allows managers to track what their sales team members are doing. From the number of calls made to meetings scheduled, managers can easily monitor progress and ensure their team is staying on track. It’s a great tool for providing guidance, offering support, and recognizing achievements.
